Asset Classes: Office, Retail, Multifamily, Lodging, and For-Sale Residential Land

Transaction Size: Up to $75 million

Argosy Equity Investment Amount: $5 – $20 million

Argosy Ownership Percentage: 51% – 90%

Investment Hold Period: 3 – 7 years

Target Returns: Opportunistic
